Bones Speed Cream is a low-viscosity synthetic lubricant made specifically for skateboard bearings. Use it after cleaning your bearings to restore lubrication and help reduce friction inside the races. A couple of drops per bearing is generally enough; flooding the bearing just attracts more dirt. Speed Cream is compatible with serviceable skateboard bearings and is intended for routine bearing maintenance rather than hiding damaged races or broken shields.
